Your DMCA Safe Harbor Protection Program will be in effect for three years and works this way:

• When you sign up for the DMCA Program, our law office will send you an acknowledgment of receipt.
• Using the information you provide at registration, our firm will register (the "Registration") as your Registered Agent with the United States Copyright Office.
• Once the Registration is complete and acknowledged by the Copyright Office, we will send you language for you to place on your website's Terms and Conditions.
• When and if you are then approached by anyone claiming copyright infringement, you will inform our office.
• Our offices will contact the complaining party and will defend your interest.
  
• The  Registration is valid for three years from the date of Registration. We will inform you of the upcoming need for renewal.

Important Conditions of the Program

• We will register as your Registered Agent with the United States Copyright Office (the "Registration")
• The Registration is valid for one website as designated in your sign-up. You need one DMCA Program sign-up for each if you have multiple websites.
• You must post the language we provide you once Registration takes place in your website's Terms and Conditions. This is your responsibility.
• You must notify us immediately if you are contacted by anyone claiming Copyright Infringement.
• You must immediately remove the information claimed to be infringing from your website.
• The DMCA Safe Harbor protects you from unknowing infringement. You cannot know of the copyright infringement and be protected.
